Need Help! I'm in a stall!
I have been in a stall for about a month now. It has been so frustrating that I haven't lost any weight in about a month. Luckily I haven't gained! I am 6 months out of RNY and have recently increased my excersize, so I don't know if it is that I am gaining muscle or just not loosing!
I am open for any suggestions to help me get back to being a looser again!

You may need to increase any or all of the following: water intake, protein intake, calorie intake. If you increased your exercise without increasing calories, you may be back in a bit of starvation mode and your body is holding on for dear life to whatever you give it.
Check with your NUT.
You may also be gaining muscle and still losing inches. Are your pants looser? :)
You're going to be fine!

I stopped losing at six months. I am very happy with my results. I see my team tomorrow for my one year checkup.
Have you taken your measurements. I found that they were a better indicator than the scale.
As Sue sid, I have also heard about increasing protein and calories at my support group meetings.
good luck,
Jayne
at this point it should not be about lbs. it should be about how you feel! you know by now what to eat and what not to eat and you know if your moving enough or not and you also know if your getting stronger and you know if your off track and eating cookies and crap again so get up and go for a walk just do it!!! NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS and you know it good luck frank
